This three bedroom  airconditioned villa is located in the village of Nissaki , and has a private pool with stunning sea views. It is located in this ever popular area and is reasonably priced for a great family holiday.Jacaranda villa has a lovely swimming pool with plenty of space for sunbathing, and and comes equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. The dimensions of the pool are 8x4m,with a depth ranging from 1 m. to 1,9 m. Villa Jacaranda, has just been refurnished and is very light and airy. The accommodation is arranged over two floors, providing ample space, for  a family.

This arrangement  of the villa, gives the opportunity to be rent as a villa for 6-7 persons, or by floor(2-3 persons in the ground floor, and 4 persons in the upper  floor. In this case, the pool  will be shared for both families or the rest hosts of the Villa.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom, with two beds, bathroom, the living room with a separate dining area and a fully fitted kitchen.

The upper floor, has the master double bedroom, with an en suite shower room and a further twin  bedroom, with a separate shower room, and a small kitchen  and dining room.

The terrace has panoramic sea view, with comfortable chairs, and 3 sunbeds.

There is another terrace, with an extra  central door.

 Villa Jacaranda, is fully air conditioned, and well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, cd player, tv,  and dvd player.

Although the villa is within 15 minutes walk of the beach at Nissaki harbor, where there are shops, and taverns, it is quite a steep walk back, and we feel a car is almost essential to getting the most   from your  holiday.
